We make hundreds of tweaks, adjustments and edits to our 134 live depth charts over at CFBDepth.com — here we pull out the ‘big ones’ and provide a little more context around these movements that impact the teams and possibly the outcomes of the games. Today, we’ll also give you a primer on the initial SEC availability reports for week 12…
Boston College ::: QB Thomas Castellanos is fully expected to enter the transfer portal and won't be with the Eagles the rest of this season after having the starting job stripped of him and given to Grayson James earlier this week.
Penn State ::: RB Nicholas Singleton is a full-go in practice and head coach James Franklin says they are confident he will be able to go. We will leave the "?" for now but will give him closer to a full workload in the projections.
Arizona State ::: RB Cam Skattebo is now looking more probable to play in week 12 after missing week 11 with an injury. Barring any setback this week of practice leading up and/or in the game itself, the Sun Devils will have their bellcow back at Kansas State.
Utah ::: RB Jaylon Glover has announced he'll forgo the rest of this season and enter the portal. He was playing second-fiddle to Micah Bernard and played in just three games, thus holding on to a redshirt year. It's possible he will have three years of eligibility remaining for wherever he lands.
Ohio ::: Ohio got their RT back as Jacob Dennison made his return week 12 against Eastern Michigan in the easy 35-10 win. That moved Carson Heidecker back to his regular LG spot and Trent Allen back to a reserve role.
Miami (OH) ::: Both WR Cade McDonald and starting CB Raion Strader were listed as 'out' on the MAC Availability report pre-game and did not play in the easy win over Kent State.
Kent State ::: The Flashes were without their starting RT Cameron Golden who showed up on the availability report as 'out' pre-game. That caused even more problems for a struggling offense as this team moves to 0-10 in 2024.
Northern Illinois ::: RB Antario Brown was not able to go in week 12 Wednesday evening. Telly Johnson got the start and took 21 carries for 104 yards. Gavin Williams broke off a 71-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter to seal the 29-16 win over Akron.
UCLA ::: CB Kaylin Moore started week 11 but only played four snaps before leaving the game. He is back at practice leading up to week 12 at Washington. He'll remain questionable until we see or hear more on his status.
Iowa ::: Injuries piled up for Iowa in their Friday night loss last week. LB Jay Higgins was one of them and DC Phil Parker was no help in getting us a status update saying that "if he can play; he will". This is one of the more impactful injuries as Higgins is the lynchpin of this Hawkeyes defense up the middle.

Tennessee ::: QB Nico Iamaleava, as expected, is 'questionable' and one of the more tracked injuries headed into week 12. Many believe he will pass the concussion protocols and get out there against the Dawgs. WR Dont'e Thornton, also banged up a week ago is listed 'questionable' but is in the same boat and Josh Heupel mentioned having optimism that he will be able to go. RB Dylan Sampson doesn't even show on the report meaning he's ready to roll. The only other name is backup C Vysen Lang listed as 'questionable'.
Georgia ::: RB Trevor Etienne shows up as 'questionable' on this initial report. He's played limited snaps the last two weeks and this indicates he may remain with a similarly reduced workload against the Vols. RB Branson Robinson did return to practice this week but will need more time to get back out there in full. More RB news as now Cash Jones is listed as 'questionable' as well. That leaves Nate Frazier as the only back with significant carries this year without a designation. Finally, RG Micah Morris is 'questionable' and that has caused some shifting on the offensive line. Tate Ratledge made a limited return last week and should be more of a full-go in week 12.
South Carolina ::: The news is all good here for the Gamecocks. S DQ Smith aggravated an injury in week 11 and sat out. He is listed as 'probable' to return against Mizzou in week 12. DT DeAndre Jules is not listed on the report and may make his return after not having played since week six. That would be a nice depth addition on the defensive line.
Missouri ::: QB Brady Cook is listed as 'doubtful' on the initial report that came out. He certainly appears to be just that. Drew Pyne looks to be in line for another start against South Carolina in week 12. WR Mookie Cooper also remains 'doubtful' to go this week. This will be the first week without starting C Connor Tollison who was injured in week 11 and will miss the remainder of the season.
Florida ::: RB Montrell Johnson Jr. is upgraded to 'questionable' and may end up being a game-time call. QB DJ Lagway continues to improve but does remain questionable. As does WR Elijhah Badger and OL Damieon George. A new one is LB Grayson Howard, who miss the week 12 game against LSU. He contributes about 1/2 snaps on defense. Starting CB Devin Moore will remain out week 12.
LSU ::: LG Garrett Dellinger will remain out week 12. He was hurt week 9 against A&M and has not shown enough progress to make his return. No word on a season-ending status for him at this point. Tyree Adams is moved to 'questionable' and may take that LG spot if he can go. WR CJ Daniels, S Dashawn Spears and LB West Weeks are all listed as 'probable' to play against the Gators.
Arkansas ::: Star RB Ja'Quinden Jackson, who has been banged up most of this season appears as 'probable' to play week 12 against Texas. RB Braylen Russell will have a smaller role with Jackson back, but was originally looking play himself is now listed 'questionable' on the initial report. QB Taylen Green is 'probable' as expected. CB Jaylon Braxton has been working back into practice but will not be ready for this week.
Texas ::: Big news for the Longhorns is that RT Cameron Williams is not on the initial injury report after getting banged up in week 11. The only other addition is LB Morice Blackwell Jr. who does play a small role in the defensive rotation does not look like he will be able to go week 12 against Arkansas.
